Mr Mahindra is a billionaire and is the chairperson of Mahindra and Mahindra Group since August 2012 after his uncle Keshub Mahindra stepped down.

Mr. Mahindra's Educational Background...

Mr. Mahindra completed his schooling from Lawrence School, Lovedale in the Nilgiris in Tamil Nadu.

Then he went on to study film making and architecture from the Harvard University. After that he did his MBA from the Harvard Business School. Later in his life he held various positions in various organisations of the Mahindra group.

Mr. Mahindra and His Faith in Humanity.

Mr. Mahindra believes most of the problems in the society arise due to interdependency, he is an advocate of humanity and he donated $ 10 million to the Harvard's Humanities Centre and to honour this act Harvard renamed its humanities centre as Mahindra's Humanities Centre at Harvard.

Though I don't have any stories to share about Mr. Mahindra's down to earth character, like I did for Mr. Tata, but Mr. Mahindra's character can be easily recognized by the fact that he replies to the queries asked by his followers, though Mr. Mahindra's account is a blue tick verified on twitter, still that doesn't stop him from interacting with ordinary citizens of the nation. Thus, he is admired by many as a role model. Moreover we must also note that his company provides employment to various citizens across the nation.

Mr. Mahindra and His Competitive Nature!

We all are very much aware of the phrase ' Incompetence breeds incompetence' hindi translation being 'अक्षमता , अक्षमता को जनम देती है' (just for ease of understanding) but Mr. Mahindra has exactly contradictory personality, that simply means Mr. Mahindra has a competitive nature which is evident from the fact that when one of the twitter users asked Mr. Mahindra about Tata Motors, he simply replied that he loved innovation of Tata Motors and also admitted that Tata Motors is a healthy competition for them and helps them innovate their ( Mahindra's) products and thus delivering great experience to customers.
