7th December 2023: The Day Scooties Felt Valued!

Writing this blog after a while, skipping a year in between, being written on the demand of characters you will encounter while going through this blog.

This was the day on which we were preparing for one of our most delightful days, the second day of our of Malvan Trip and you know what!? This day itself turned out to be one of the most immemorial.

As per our plan we were supposed to tour throughout and through the outskirts of Malvan on the second day of our trip, but the problem was no one except me and Mr. Honrao had the experience of riding, even gearless motrcycles (McWoG/Scooties) for long distances perfectly.

So on 6th of December all of a sudden our minds ignited and there was a spark of revolution that ignited from within us (at least we feel like that) and it was decided that on the very next day, that is on 7th December 2023, four characters (of course, they're real people) from our Malvan Trip  decided to visit my place in Panvel. They were Mr. Ninad, Mr. Pandit, Mr. Honrao, Mr. Ghade and I was the fifth one (the host).

Now let us delve inside, on 7th of December, training all of them was not my only commitment for that day, but also I had to receive Mr. Khandalkar from Vashi station who had come all the way from Sanpada via Vashi station to Panvel to strategically improve his academic performance, on my suggestions. Now I was there already on Panvel railway station by 8:00 A.M. in the morning, but Mr. Khandalkar arrived late, while I was waiting for Mr. Khandalkar, the five characters, mentioned earlier, who were supposed to reach later on the same day, were still in the state of confusion whether to come or not, despite everything being planned on the previous day itself, which I got to know while I was going through the WA group chats, to which I responded aggressively, plans once made with so much detailing can't be cancelled and to be honest, I was more afraid of the fact, that if I don't train them today, how on Earth they are directly going to ride on 12th December 2023, the second day of our Malvan Trip. After a while Mr. Khandalkar arrived, I dropped him at he so called strategic location and then after going through the chats I realised, these people were just shying off because of my family members, who were present at home that day and would serve them food 😂. To make them comfortable I told them don't worry, you will not be offered food, though I arranged it from outside, to keep the promise and also the duties had to be fulfilled. This would have been avoided, had they come earlier in the day, but they were right there, during the lunch time itself but they were late for a very genuine reason, one of them had to return to home after he had left to answer an emergency call.

In the mean time I had a hair cut, then went out to arrange food 2-3 times🥱.

Now after they arrived in Panvel, I again went to the railway station, to escort them with full honours. One came with me, rest three by rickshaw (wow). As soon as we reached my place we had lunch, then  we did a reconnaissance of everything that was visible from my house, I stay in a quite tall building. After all this important work was done we sat on sofas for almost half an hour, doing absolutely nothing.

                                                                   Glimpse of the same.

Then after that we finally went down and started our training session, I was literally explaining things like this is "accelerator", that is a "brake", etc. 💀. First of all we sat triple seat, three people on the same scooty to check whether this plan can work for us in the long run, don't remember exactly but it was either Mr. Ghade or Mr. Pandit who was riding inititially, with us seated behind, though he started off smoothly but while taking a U-turn he was not able to balance, and when I tried to put my hands on the accelerator from behind, to help him to balance, he was not allowing me to do that as well 💀. Somehow he took a U-turn and we who were seated beneath were screaming "Bhai triple seat plan cancel, cancel", then God knows how a basic strategy came in my mind, I gave a chance to each of them I sat behind with them and took them explaining everyone the importance of using correct indicators at the right time, but Mr. Ninad hesitated, then I said anyone randomly seat double seat and go around nearby, mostly all of them were doing it correctly and were winning my confidence, but here too Mr. Ninad hesitated, then I asked each one of them to go individually and ride almost everyone did this too, but (yes, you guessed it right), Mr. Ninad hesitated. Now since almost all of them were riding quite satisfactorily, we didn't want Mr. Ninad to be left back, so at once we gave him some confidence, I made him seat on the scooty, explained him regarding brakes and accelerator once again.

The Infamous: "Moments before disaster photo"

Actually we have a "leave no man behind policy"  for betterment of personality and society so we asked him to start, he did start and accelerated with full potential (o o 💀) and had by that time forgotten where the brakes are actually, so he crashed onto the footpath (let me tell you, we were on a deserted road) and to further worsen the situation he was still accelerating even after he had fallen down 😂💀😂, in no time we rushed to him, I picked up the scooty and someone else picked him up and we realised that betterment of society lies in not allowing him to ride, he also agreed, because that was what he wanted 😂 but now a new problem arose, that was, he had started fearing to seat beneath anyone as well on the scooty and that was a problem, otherwise how was he going to vander around with us during the trip!? So to remove that phobia and to instill some confidence I took him on a ride; he, obviously sitting behind, on a relatively longer distance on the highway, when we returned others were waiting for us (praying for us to be alive) because it took longer duration than usual to come back from that relatively longer distance. After all this training finished, noobs who had come, had turned into beginners, beginners who had come, had turned into intermediates and hence our trip proved to be a huge success, had not training been done on that day, can't even imagine how miserable things could have gone.

After that I had to go out for some work but the rest 4 decided to go to Seawoods Nexus mall and enjoyed a hell lot there (at least what can be made out from the photos and videos that were shared 😉). Let me one of show them:
